Fifty years of the utility customer experience community in one room. We spent three days on the floor with Hansen and SpryPoint. The AI conversation had clearly moved on from whether to deploy an agent to what it is allowed to touch.

The largest gathering in transmission and distribution. We were there to listen more than to talk — most of what we heard about AI on the exhibition floor was still being pitched at utilities rather than built with them.
